Counselling will help you to develop and learn more constructive ways to approach the difficulties and issues in your life.

The goals of therapy are for you to become more self-aware and understand the influence your past has on your present behaviour, thoughts and feelings.

My training as an Integrative Counsellor brings together three models of Counselling Theory:- Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT) and Humanistic Theory. Integration makes the best use of the most effective elements from the various approaches by combining them into a single therapeutic style.
